Programming

Programming in Z-Tickets is as easy as can be. Regardless the number of shows, venues, selling points or other parameters, the application provides easy to use menus to set-up a programme. Imports from other sources like Excel are no problem, while the attractive calender view provides drag-and-drop possibilities to optimise the programme.

Pricing

Z-Tickets is able to handle extremely complex pricing schemes. Discounts, extra fees, passe-partouts and other badges, or fees linked to selling points, customer types, seat categories, event dates, payment types or any combination of these and more: everything is possible and easy to enter.

Programme changes

Programme changes are not unlikely and often create issues. Z-Tickets supports these changes in the best possible way: all mutations to the programme can be done in real-time with full control of the consequences: visitors can be notified by e-mail or SMS/text and all selling points can be informed instantly.

Sales

Z-Tickets supports massive Internet ticket sales and interaction with an unlimited amount of other vendors. Any amount of selling points at any amount of venues can be activated without the installation of additional software at the terminals. Queues? Eliminate them with the record-breaking express sales function.

Reporting

Z-Tickets offers real-time information about the progress of sales at any moment in time from every desired location and in any desired level of detail. Standard reports are available in any possible form. Tailor made reports can be exported to the financial administration or other systems. It is also possible to link reports to specific roles, enabling third parties to view exactly the data they are entitled to, protecting other data at the same time.
